We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Lead Invigilator to play a crucial role within the Academy, by providing additional support to the external and internal examinations process.
The post holder will be required to have a good knowledge of JCQ Instructions for Conducting Examinations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible and readily available during main exam periods. They will also need to be confident in leading an exam and be the first port of call for invigilators asking questions.
The post holder will be expected to adhere to the Academy's External Examinations Regulations concerning invigilation, details of which appear in the Invigilation Handbook.
Fairfax Academy is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) as well as providing evidence of qualifications.
