Science in Ash Manor School is a very successful area with excellent GCSE results across all three sciences and the combined science course.  The department is well resourced with two new laboratories supported by Fleur and a further two new labs opening in September.  In the department we have a dedicated Science HLTA and a team of three technicians.   

We are seeking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic lead practitioner.  You must be highly motivated and demonstrate high professional standards.  You will support the development of learning and teaching across the department and the wider school, ensuring a range of teaching methods that complement the school’s strategic objectives and build upon the success already achieved.  You will be part of the Learning and Teaching Team, a group of Lead Practitioners whose focus is always firmly on improving the quality of learning in our school.
