The Hewett Academy is looking for a lead practitioner to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students with English as an additional language.

You will be inspiring, enthusiastic, and passionate about raising achievement, ensuring that our students with EAL can reach their full potential. You will also be expected to contribute to the vision and values of the school. 

You need to have a minimum of GCSE grade C for English and maths or equivalent and good literacy skills. Experience of working with secondary-age students is essential.
