Leadership/TLR holder currently
Required to start on 1st January 2020
Bosworth Academy is a popular and expanding 11-19 school, which is increasingly the school of choice for parents in the area. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to lead the improvement of learning and teaching across our LIFE Multi-Academy Trust. By modelling excellence in planning, teaching and assessment the post holder will support staff across the MAT to achieve high standards of learning and achievement. A Lead Practitioner would be an outstanding teacher, securing consistently high outcomes for students across key stages, with a proven record of developing and leading others. The successful candidate will have a real passion for learning and the ability to promote the Academy’s vision, inspiring colleagues to develop professionally, enhancing the teaching practice of staff across Bosworth Academy and our MAT. You will have the desire to ensure that our core value of ‘no student will underachieve’ is fulfilled.
Bosworth Academy is the lead school in the LiFE Multi Academy Trust, which has been recognised by Ofsted as an ‘Outstanding’ school in our recent inspection. We continue to develop our practice, as we believe our community deserves nothing less, and were awarded ‘World Class Status’ in December 2018.
This post and subsequent offer of contract will be with the Multi-Academy Trust.
