Lead Practitioner in Science
Leadership Spine L9-13
We are looking for a creative, passionate and dynamic professional to join our exciting and thriving Science department; to help enthuse and excite students about the world of Science and lead them to great outcomes across all Key Stages. The Science team is made up of a Curriculum Team Leader (currently joint, acting post-holders), a further ten team members and 3 technicians. The department achieves high standards and results at GCSE although there is room for improvement. The subject is very popular at 16+ with approximately 90 students studying Science A levels in the Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will teach Science at KS3, KS4 and KS5. We are looking for a well-qualified candidate who can lead teaching and learning within this department.
