Ernulf Academy, currently going through an exciting period of change, is seeking a Lead Practitioner of English who has the highest level of aspiration to inspire beyond measure. Ernulf Academy is built on a large site in St Neots with extensive facilities. St Neots is a market town with good facilities, within easy reach of Cambridge and with excellent transport links to London. The English Department places considerable emphasis on providing strong mutual support and developing positive professional relationships with neighbouring and partner schools by regularly meeting to discuss matters of pedagogy and practice, providing coaching and sharing good practice. The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in this. The aim is to continue to build on the significant improvements already achieved by the English Department.
