We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, outstanding practitioner to join the science leadership team to secure teaching and learning to outstanding across the department. We are keen to consider applications from ambitious and successful Science teachers looking to fast track their career with three or more years teaching experience and a track-record of high achievement and innovative practice.
You must have a love for science, enthusiasm, excellent teaching skills, the ability to work collaboratively with more senior team members as well as strong coaching skills and a keen desire share ideas and improve standards to make a real difference.
You will need the drive to raise aspiration and enthusiasm to the range of Science qualifications offered at KS3 and KS4.
