An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are therefore seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Practitioner to enthuse, develop and support whole school teaching and learning, inclusion and standards. Whilst this role has whole school responsibility, you will have an English teaching allocation, allowing you to showcase excellence from the heart of the school community.

The successful candidate should be a driven and focused practitioner putting students at the heart of everything they do. You will be at the forefront of new initiatives for the whole school and within the wider community.

The Buckingham Secondary School has been awarded a “Good” Ofsted rating, which is only the start of what we can achieve.

As a Lead Practitioner, you must be extremely motivated, have high professional standards and a proven track record of success at GCSE and ‘A’ level. You will be responsible for ensuring consistently outstanding practice and taking a leading role in developing overall standards across the school.
