We are therefore seeking to recruit an inspirational, professional and highly skilled Lead Teacher of Physics. You will have a track record of delivering consistently good and often outstanding lessons across the age and ability range. 

As part of this role you will be expected to teach and lead Physics at KS5, whilst at KS3-4 you will be teaching across all science disciplines. There is a possibility of an additional allowance for an exceptional candidate.

We believe in developing our staff and have a dynamic and supportive management team. We also spend much of our time looking at what we can learn from other successful schools. The focus of our CPD programme draws on what research and pedagogical literature tells us works best in the classroom and we believe in coaching every teacher to be their very best.
