The Sheffield College In this role you will lead the College people development strategy, to ensure that the Sheffield College provides first class learning and development opportunities for our people, which support our strategic aims to deliver an outstanding learning experience.
As such this is a key role in supporting our improvement strategy and you have the opportunity have a real influence over our success and that of learners in the Sheffield City Region.
To be successful in this role you will need experience of successfully setting and delivering an organisational training and development plan. You will be skilled at working with others to set priorities and work together on the delivery of those. Also you will be able to work to a budget to achieve best value. Experience of managing people and training delivery would be advantageous.
