Learning Centre Assistant

A Learning Support Assistant is the ideal role if you are passionate about supporting pupils with a variety of needs on a one-on-one or small group basis. You will need to be committed to making a difference and have the enthusiasm to raise pupil achievement.

The overall requirement of the Learning Centre Assistant is to provide high quality customer service and support to learners in their independent study time. The Learning Centre assistant will work to maintain a user friendly and efficient learning environment for all the learners. You will also will be able to work with learners individually and in groups, providing support for their learning, development, and progression.  

You will need to be educated to a minimum of level 2 in English and Maths. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a customer service focused role. The successful candidate will need to be able to problem solve and communicate effectively.

Salary: £16,051.70 -£18,141.65 (Actually Salary £18,579- £20,998)

Term Time Only for 39 weeks per year, full time for 37 hours a week.
