Within this role you will provide high quality customer service and support to learners in independent study time at our Strode's College Learning Centre. You will also maintain a user friendly and efficient learning environment.
The successful candidate will work with learners individually and in groups, providing support for their learning, development and progression.
You will also have experience of successful working with young people in the 14-19 age group, good customer service skills and a flexible approach to working practices. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young people.
