Learning Enhancement Teacher
The Learning Support and Enhancement Program at St Margaret’s incorporates the provision of support to students with exceptional needs, from learning disabilities to gifted and talented students. The focus on the program is a teaching and learning philosophy based on a developmental and differentiated curriculum.
The successful candidate will be an experienced educator with the skills and demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective learning support programs across prep to year 12. It is essential that you have specialised qualifications in inclusive education or similar.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must as you will converse with a wide range of people day to day including students, parents, teachers, staff and external bodies.
This role is to commence in January 2020 and will initially be offered on a 12 month contract. There may be the opportunity to extend the contract at the end if it is mutually agreeable.
