The College is looking to appoint a Learning Facilitator to join its Learning Resources team. We are seeking a dynamic individual who understands popular and emerging learning resource formats and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service in supporting and guiding students with their learning.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a cross college support role that will directly impact on the student experience. The successful candidate will work across the Chesterfield College group.
The role will;
• Provide excellent customer service in the delivery of directed support for College students and apprentices, both face to face and online.
• Direct and support students and apprentices to use the appropriate resources available that meet their needs and develop their independent learning.
• As part of the Learning Resource team you will develop and maintain learning resource systems, stock and related technologies.
