Job overview

This role will involve contributing to improvements in student attendance, retention, wellbeing, achievement and progression. The primary focus will be using attendance data as a catalyst for intervention. The role will also include working closely with college staff, students and parents/guardians to actively support learners and ensure that they complete their course successfully.

This is a term-time post – 40 weeks per annum.
