We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to be part of our Inclusion Team. The key role of our Learning Support Assistant is to support students, including those with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), access the curriculum, make expected progress and participate in the wider life of the school.

We are seeking a candidate experience in the following areas particularly: 

• With students who are on the autistic spectrum and have an understanding of ADHD

• With students who have dyslexia, speech and language difficulties and preferably dyscalculia tendencies.

The job is particularly well suited to graduates who are considering a career in teaching or working with children or candidates with experience working with teenagers.
