Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Work Pattern: Term time + INSET days – 39 weeks per annum

Contract: Permanent

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work within early years (nursery and reception).  The successful candidates will ideally have some experience of working in this role or similar, but we would also welcome applications from candidates who have not had experience in this role. This role will be to support across the early years phase, and will involve working one to one with challenging pupils or those with Special Educational Needs, small groups and whole class support.

The ideal candidates will be caring, patient, self-motivated and be able to work from their own initiative. They will need to take direction from Teachers and Leaders, and will work closely alongside other support staff. They will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
