Windsor Forest Colleges Group are looking for two Learning and Support Assistants to join the team in the Foundation department at Langley College on a term time only part time basis for 36 weeks a year.

This role is based at our Langley College campus; the centre for our main vocational and technical courses including Apprenticeships, Adult Education and HE. We deliver an innovative curriculum with superb specialist facilities including latest industry standard equipment, workshops and studios.

Learning Support Assistants

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with lecturers in the delivery of our Foundation Learning courses. You will support learners with literacy, maths, and any barriers to learning that students may have.

You will establish a supportive relationship with learners, enabling effective delivery of responsibilities, including promoting and reinforcing students’ self-esteem. You will also assist the lecturer in the supervision of students to ensure standards of work and behaviour are maintained.

A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction and utilise your knowledge and experience to help each student achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about student welfare and enthusiastic about supporting learners to grow and succeed.

Please note that these roles are term time only for 36 weeks per year.
