A stable, calm and caring environment is provided which, combined with high staff to pupil ratios, ensures that every pupil at Clay Hill School has the opportunity to develop their ability, share new experiences and reach their full potential in a secure and safe environment.
You'll be required to undertake education support duties and to assist the class teacher in the day to day needs of the pupils in their care as well as enabling the teacher to implement the curriculum and respond to the pupils’ needs. Promoting positive pupil behaviour in line with school policies by the use of praise and encouragement is another important aspect of the work we do within the school.
