Minet Junior School is a happy and successful mainstream school seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant. Ideally the successful candidate will have a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or have completed the DFES Induction programme.
Minet Junior School is a large multi-culteral 4 form entry school in Hayes. We have well equipped classes with up to date resources and we are totally committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for all our pupils.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- The ability to work as part of a team for the benefit of young children
- The ability to relate well to young children
- A “can do” attitude and belief that all children can succeed with support
- The ability to use basic technology such as computers and photocopiers
