Busy and diverse, the Learning Support Department is an exciting place to work. Alongside a full-time and passionate Head of Department, the team plays a key role in supporting pupils across the school with a range of individual needs. Although the main role of Learning Support is to provide literacy, numeracy and curriculum support, the department is proactive in raising achievement throughout the school and nurturing pupils’ self-efficacy to help them flourish.
