About the role:
The post holder will be responsible for providing effective teaching and tutoring to support the delivery of high quality, successful Adult vocational and degree programmes. This can include teaching across a range of programmes at all levels including L1 to L6 as well as delivering full cost/commercial programmes to individuals and employers as required.
This role will be starting in September 2018.
About you:
With a degree level qualification in a relevant subject and a full teaching qualification, you will have experience of providing high quality teaching and learning, managing the improvement of quality, informal and formal assessment, supporting individual students' progress and achievement through tutoring, supporting student progression to employment and/or Further and Higher Education, experience of using college systems to inform an accurate understanding of student progress, retention, achievement and success, be an excellent communicator that can motivate, engage and support students as well a keen and enthusiastic team player.
