The successful applicant will be expected to provide quality provision on education programmes and to contribute to curriculum development. The ability to motivate students and to enable them to realise their full potential is paramount. The candidate will have a very successful track record and is expected to perform a significant role in delivering Law A Level, FdSc Law and CILEX programmes. The ability to be flexible in terms of delivery across programmes within the area would be an advantage.
We are looking for someone who works with confidence with a wide variety of ability levels, holds a relevant teaching qualification, who is a committed team member and who projects an enthusiasm for their subject and strives to achieve the highest standards in terms of their students’ results.
The area delivers a wide range of full-time courses including:
- AS/A2 Accounting, Business Studies, Economics and Law
- BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business
- BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Travel & Tourism
- Level 2 Business / Travel & Tourism
- FdA Business, FdSc Law, BA (Hons) Business, Enterprise & Leadership
The Programme Area consistently produces results of a high standard. As well as teaching, the successful candidate may also take responsibility for a tutor group.
