Job overview

The Sixth Form at Uxbridge College is responsible primarily for the delivery of A Level, AS, GCSE and BTEC Science courses and is based at the Uxbridge site.  We have a track record of achieving strong results which places the Sixth Form in the top 5% of colleges nationally for A level progress.   We are seeking to appoint a full time Lecturer to teach across Psychology courses up to A Level.


You will possess a degree in a relevant subject and have teaching experience in Psychology up to Level 3, including A Level.   You will have good communication skills and a passion for your subject, with the ability to engage and enthuse young learners.  You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, and with many training and development opportunities and scope for promotion within the College, you will be embarking on a varied and rewarding career.  We will support you to develop your career in teaching, including fully funding the Diploma in Education and Training qualification, which is undertaken at the College.
