 (£17364 - £18426) salary is pro rata to hours and weeks worked

2 x 31.5 hours per week (includes some break and lunchtimes)

1 x 20 hours per week (includes some break and lunchtimes)

Term Time Only plus 5 Training Days



Governors at this aspirational Catholic High school are seeking to appoint 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with specific learning needs.   The post would be suitable for a range of individuals including those interested in gaining experience in a school prior to joining the teaching profession. The duties require tact, flexibility, teamwork and high standards for self and others.  The successful candidate will be required to undertake some lunch and breaktime duties.


Willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school is essential.

Based in West Yorkshire, Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School is a mainstream secondary school for girls and boys aged between 11 and 16. It is a voluntary aided establishment. Its denomination is Roman Catholic. It is based in the town of Meanwood in Leeds. At present, there are currently approximately 918 students enrolled at the school.
