Your main responsibilities within this role will be:

• To promote the ethos of the school and set high standards of behaviour and courtesy among students.

• To work flexibly as part of the support staff team to contribute to the smooth operation of the school.

• The post holder has an important role in the operation of the LL (Learning Lounge) including responsibility to draw up, implement, monitor and periodically review a policy for the LL which is consistent with the school’s aims and objectives.

• The post holder has primary responsibility for the supervision, promotion and development of the LL as an effective learning resource, to ensure that the LL is a lively and imaginative area which celebrates students’ work, that offers a wide range of resources for learning and promotes good study skills.

• Management of the Learning Lounge Team.

• Manage and implement financial procedures within the LL, ensuring that these are consistent and comply with school management guidelines and financial regulations.
