An opportunity has arisen for a Library Manager to support the operation of the College Library on a permanent full-time basis.
You will maintain the highest standard of customer care whether in person, on the telephone or by e-mail and will support library users by facilitating the learning process in a variety of ways, which includes support with information services, shelf classification and using ILT based resources.
The successful candidate will hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in Library and Information Studies in addition to level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications, and will also have experience of management and working in a library environment.
The post will involve working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rota basis which will include one evening per week. The post is based at our Twelve Quays Campus, however there is a requirement to work across all College Campuses.
