Sidmouth Primary School are looking for a passionate class teacher to deliver high quality lessons, whilst successfully nurturing and inspiring our children. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate children to strive for success whilst maintaining a stimulating learning environment, to support their learning.
What we offer:
Sidmouth is a very warm, welcoming and calm environment in which to develop as a member of staff or a child. You would become part of our team of talented, hardworking and dedicated staff and governors who offer strong support and appropriate challenge, encouraging and promoting a strong ethos of regular CPD. At Sidmouth everyone has very high expectations of all. Our last Ofsted Inspection (November 2016) resulted in an overall outcome of ‘Good’.
In September 2018 the school converted to Academy Status, joining with the Yorkshire and Humber Co-operative Learning Trust (YHCLT) which is a group of 6 primary schools and 2 secondary schools. All members hold co-operative values centrally to all that we do and children are at the heart of all decision making. CPD opportunities are excellent for YHCLT staff.
