The successful applicant will:
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
- currently hold or be eligible to hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

The role requires initiative, skill and attention to detail to ensure that our buildings and amenities are in good repair, suitable for the purpose of education and reflective of a caring and committed community. That all comes down to having a 'pride in the place'.
The specifics in the role are detailed in the description but it is a case of seeing what needs to be done and taking steps to ensure that repairs are made or something is done about the situation. That can entail doing it oneself, but it also means effectively communication with the maintenance and safety team and the line manage who is the Business Manager.
