£35,000 per annum, 36.5 hours per week
We are currently recruiting a Management Accountant to join our busy Finance team at Treloar School and College, rated Outstanding by OFSTED and CQC. This is a varied and interesting role supporting the Financial Controller and an Assistant Accountant available to support them. Responsibilities include preparation of budgets and management accounts for Cost Centre Managers, Senior Management, Governors and Trustees in a timely manner. This will include identifying and investigating variances and helping to implement innovative solutions to achieve financial targets.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in the production of budgets and hold a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT or part qualified / QBE) and will be an effective communicator with extensive knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software. Experience of using Sage 200 is desirable.
