Manager: Afan Valley Swimming Pool
To be responsible for leading and driving an effective, efficient, professional and proactive operations team, primarily within the Afan Valley Swimming Pool, working to meet the business objectives of Llandarcy Park (LP) to ensure long term financial sustainability.
Salary: £20,000 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Location: Initially based at Llandarcy Park Ltd Qualifications:
Ideally you should have experience of working within a leisure environment at a supervisory level. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent). Experience of managing staff is essential as is the ability to lead and review all processes in relation to Health and Safety at work and apply policies.

Grwp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges (normally abbreviated to NPTC Group) is a large body of further education colleges located across Neath, Port Talbot and Powys, Wales. The college was first established in 2013, following a merger of two other further education colleges in the local area. As a result, NPTC Group is able to boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities. The college takes on learners from an extremely economically diverse area, and as such offers a broad range of full and part-time courses in order to accommodate for a range of people.

Owing to its size, NPTC Group is able to offer a huge range of different courses for a variety of learners. This includes a number of courses aimed at younger school-leavers aged 16-18, who make up a large proportion of the full-time students at the college, but also a series of vocational and professional qualifications, as well as foundation degrees. In addition to this, the college also has on offer a number of higher education BAs and BScs.
