Job overview

The Marketing and Admissions Administrator is responsible for the supporting the successful day-to-day operation of the Marketing and Admissions team at this leading co-educational day school.  

This position will suit someone with administrative and communications experience who has the initiative to work alone as well as within a team.  This role will work with staff across the school from Nursery to Sixth Form as well as with prospective families.   

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic Marketing and Admissions team which is managed by the Head of Marketing and Admissions and includes the Senior School Registrar, the School Photographer, Junior School Registrar and Nursery Registrar. The Marketing and Admissions Administrator reports to the Head of Marketing and Admissions, supports the Senior School Registrar and has daily contact with all members of the teaching and support staff.    

This is a full-time, term time only position (plus 5 days to be worked in school holidays), to include attendance at all INSET days in the school calendar. During term times, the hours of work will be 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, with an unpaid 30 minutes for lunch. There will be an occasional requirement for work outside of normal hours, including some Saturdays for Open Morning and prospective pupil interviews and assessments which take place in January.  The starting date will be as soon as is possible.

ISI Report 2022

During an ISI Inspection in late 2022 both the achievement of the pupils, including their academic development and the personal development of the pupils were found to be excellent - the highest possible classification. The Inspection also looked at the School’s compliance with the regulatory standards and requirements. PGS met all the standards required.
