33 hours per week, 52 weeks a year with 5 weeks' holiday
A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic team member to help us recruit new boarders and flexi boarders. As well as inputting information about enquirers and applications, the job holder will help deliver marketing campaigns, for example by collating mailings, preparing packs for open mornings or posting social media stories.
The most important part of this role is a good eye for detail. We need accurate information in order to make the admissions process run as smoothly as possible.
Whilst this role is primarily administrative, the nature of the work of the Admissions and Marketing team means you will come into regular contact with parents and pupils, as well as other staff. You therefore need to be flexible and a ‘people person’.
The work goes on right through the holidays in order to prepare for the arrival of new pupils so this role is 52 weeks a year. You will have 5 weeks' annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
You are likely to have the following skills/experience:
• GCSE English and Maths
• Good attention to detail
• Experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with many conflicting priorities
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Capable of using SIMS and MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Strong team player
• Approachable and friendly nature
