An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Officer Lead as part of the Chingford Academies Trust. This is a new post to the Trust and has a tenure initially of one year with the possibility of a further year extension.

As a Marketing and Communications Officer Lead, you will be responsible for developing, leading and delivery of the Trust Marketing and Communication strategy. It will be a varied and diverse role aimed at the creative mind with the sky as the limit.

You will need to have:

· Experience in creating and delivering marketing and PR campaigns, including digital marketing

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Experience working with marketing packages, developing websites and managing accounts across a variety of social media platforms.

If you are looking for a new opportunity in a school environment and have a marketing and communication background, then this might be the job for you. Previous experience of working in a school environment is not essential.

The hours for this post is 36 hours per week, 48 weeks per year. A 48-week contract means you will be required to work outside of term time. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:45 pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. There will be occasions where the post holder will be required to work evenings and time off in lieu can be taken. We are hoping for successful candidate to start in post as soon as possible.
