Haydon is a large, friendly and creative school in North West London. We have been judged as outstanding by OFSTED. We are looking for a Marketing & Development Manager to thrive in our supportive environment.
Main Duties:
- Full ownership of developing and implementing a strategic marketing and communications plan to drive student recruitment and boost
- Haydon’s reputation among prospective students and their families
- Setting up alumni community and organising activities to keep them connected to the Academy and making the alumni community aware of developments such as fundraising opportunities, recognition and achievements
- Identified and applying for grants and creating a consistent and sustainable income source for small and large scale projects including capital projects
- Building the Academy’s brand and proactively promoting this through various communication channels to both new and existing audiences
- Fully responsible for day-to-day running and development of income generation through lettings and dealing with all the customer queries and arrangements relating to this business.
- Responsible for creation and project management of all marketing displays across the school site and in local areas
- Create and run marketing campaigns to promote the Academy and drive recruitment for teaching and support staff
The post holder is required to hold an enhanced DBS disclosure.
The post holder will be expected to work to deadlines as they arise and have the ability to prioritise, including responding appropriately to emergencies.
The post holder is expected to adhere to all school policies and procedures.

Haydon School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Middlesex serving pupils from the age of 11-18. The secondary school, situated in Eastcote, Pinner has approximately 2000 students on record.
Haydon school was established in 1977 and converted to academy status in 2011 and was identified as outstanding by Ofsted in 2007.
