We are now looking to recruit a Marketing Officer to join us to cover a period of maternity leave.
Developing and executing promotional strategies to target school, college leavers and ‘not in education, employment and training’, for study programmes, you will monitor and report on the customer journey from enquiry to enrolment and support curriculum development by understanding customer trends in 16-18 year old markets using intelligence to monitor: growth sectors, competitor activity, market share.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns that target specific 16,17 and 18 year old group including: outdoor media, open events, social media, leaflets, prospectuses, web content, direct mail, website content, banners and signage, you must develop and harvest enquiry and application databases to improve conversion at the customer journey’s key stages and work with external partners in the development and management of UCAS Progress.
With a background of working within a Marketing function and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, the successful candidate will have a relevant qualification and experience of dealing with the public and responding to enquiries. An awareness and / or knowledge of the further / higher education sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
