Job overview

Vision for Education are currently recruiting a Mathematics Teacher for a KS3 & 4 Pupil Referral Unit in East Cheshire. The position is full-time and is to start as soon as possible ideally, or if not after February half-term, and will be for the remainder of the academic year. Either experience of, or a desire to work with SEMH children is essential. 

The school are looking for someone who has effective behaviour management skills and who is passionate about working with young people, particularly those who have become disengaged. The ideal person will be able to inspire others to ensure that all young people can achieve and succeed.

To be successful in this role you must have/be:

• Appropriate recent experience

• Good behaviour management

• Either experience of, or a desire to work with SEMH children 

• Have a nurturing character
