We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Maths Leader to start September 2018. We require a leader who has high expectations of the children and staff, who has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning, a proven record of raising standards and believes that our children can achieve at a high standard regardless of starting points. We need a maths specialist and someone who is passionate about teaching maths! In the morning session, our new Maths leader would teach maths across the classes in Upper Key Stage 2 and maintain our current very high standards and results. During afternoon sessions the postholder would teach foundation subjects.
We are looking for:
- An outstanding Year 6 Maths Teacher and classroom practitioner.
- At least 5 years of successful teaching experience.
- Experience of leading and managing a phase or subject.
- Expertise and excellent subject knowledge in Maths.
- Track record of raising standards in a school.
- Ability to analyse data effectively.
