ABC Teachers have been inundated with requests for Maths Teachers.
If you’re a Maths Teacher looking for mid to long-term work in the Ilkeston region of Derbyshire, then look no further. ABC Teachers have a great working relationship with the local schools in the area and need are looking for local staff. The School are expecting to need a Maths Teacher on 1 -3 month placement due to a current teacher being on sickness leaves.
The schools need someone to come in on a casual basis to cover these absences, though they aren’t looking for someone full time.
This is a great chance to get your foot in the door at a fantastic school in between Derby and Nottingham that are very pleasant to work in. The schools in the area are known for having well-behaved pupils and being well-run.
In order to be considered for this post you must hold QTS. However, the schools aren’t as concerned with experience. Both NQT’s and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, they will pick the successful candidate based on a trial lesson.
