Durham School for Girls Doha is seeking to appoint flexible and inspirational Female Secondary Maths teacher to join our High Performance learning team school for August 2023. Durham is a sister school to Durham School UK and part of Durham International.

Durham is a fully accredited BSO and QNSA school and the first All Female International HPL World Class School. We are a British School serving both the local and International community. DSGD is a member of both BSME and AOBSO.

Your role will be joining the Maths department and helping to raise standards of both IGCSE and AS levels . We are a non selective school and have set high standards for our girls with both academic and pastoral expectations. With in your department, you will be expected to be an active member, supporting and developing the team with innovative planning and accurate assessment. Experience in KS 3,4 and 5 is optional. In the school. We want to develop this and create a school with a great reputation for maths.

In August 2022 we are also opened a partnership boys school - Valley Forge Academy. This is have great opportunities for CPD partnerships and synergies. It also allows married couple to apply with the wife coming to Durham and the husband to VFA.

All Staff will be ready for the challenge of a new school and will be part of the school family and community. Like Durham UK, the staff will help to create and warm and secure learning environment where dedicated staff support and develop the girls in our school.
