At Debden Park High School “leaders have successfully established a school where high aspirations and excellence are the norm, and where pupils and staff enjoy coming to work…The buzz, enthusiasm and energy from staff at all levels is palpable” (Ofsted, January 2017).
Ofsted “Outstanding” January 2017
Due to the expansion of our school, we are looking to appoint an exceptional professional who will join a highly successful, enthusiastic and talented team and work with us to inspire our students. As a Maths teacher, you will be part of a creative and dedicated team and help us to continue to deliver engaging and impactful lessons that maximise student outcomes and pique their curiosity and love of learning from Key Stage 3 to 5.
Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy that Ofsted judged to be Outstanding in January 2017. Our students constantly achieve outstanding outcomes and we are very proud of their successes. Our new Sixth Form opened in September 2015 and moved into its own building in September 2016. The Sixth Form currently has 130 students in it and is growing year on year.
As a National Teaching School, we lead a family of schools as part of the Kemnal Academies Trust, providing exceptional career progression and bespoke CPD experiences for our staff, which has led to our middle and senior leadership teams being composed of many teachers who began their career with us.
At Debden Park we are proud of our talented and energetic Maths team who go above and beyond to help all our students reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be someone who is visionary, innovative and committed to continuing our mission to moving learning forward in an exciting and active way.
