Job Title: Midday Supervisor
Grade and Salary: £4,201 - £4,358 per annum pro-rata (Grade 1 £16,394 - £17,007 FTE)
Working pattern: 11.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

The Manor Academy has an excellent reputation for its high standards of teaching, student behaviour and academic achievement. Ofsted recognised the journey we have been on when recently grading us as a “good” school, citing that the quality of education has been transformed since the last inspection.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our existing team. The role will include supervising students in designated outdoor and indoor lunchtime spaces, ensuring spaces are left clean & tidy and ensuring acceptable standards of behaviour are maintained. This role will work 2 hours 15 minutes Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to be able to cover refreshments at parental events after school when required.
The successful candidate should be friendly with a positive attitude, confident and able to act calm under pressure. You will need to be willing to implement The Manor Academy’s behaviour policy when appropriate. Previous experience of working with children is desirable and full training is provided.
