The Management Information Systems Division plays a crucial role in the development of systems to support staff and students across the Group, as well as providing reporting services to facilitate effective decision-making and enable colleagues to evaluate and manage performance. We are going through an exciting period of development and we are now looking to build the management team that will take the Division forward.
About the role:
In this varied role you will oversee learner data administration activities and be responsible for the management of supporting administration processes such as timetabling and registers.
About you:
We are looking for someone with significant experience of developing and implementing administration systems and procedures, and using learner records systems. The ability to plan, prioritise, delegate tasks and work effectively under pressure is essential, as is the ability to work with large volumes of information to a high level of accuracy.
We aim to be forward-thinking and to provide a responsive service to our users. Therefore for all our posts enthusiasm,excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are just as important as technical ability and practical experience.
