St Joseph’s College is an independent day and boarding school for 620 children aged 3-18. Situated on a beautiful and well-equipped 60-acre campus in Ipswich, Suffolk, the school combines strong Christian values with a relentless focus on supporting and nurturing children to ‘being our best’ within a family environment. The post holder will be responsible for managing and maintaining the College’s Management Information System and to ensure its effective use. To develop and support internal data systems to support the efficient administration of the MIS system. You will also expected to administer all Awarding Body registrations, examinations, results, certificates and other events. To ensure that all student achievement records are recorded on the individual learner record in a timely way so that performance tables can be provided, in accordance with the College reporting schedule.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice Principal Academic and will possess strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator with proven relationship building qualities, have the ability to prioritise and plan a busy workload and have outstanding analytical skills together with an ability to inspire confidence and respect from a wide range of stakeholders.
