Due to relocation, Moorlands School is looking to appoint an inspirational Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to take up the post as soon as possible. Applications are invited from qualified teachers who have excellent Foreign Language ability and the dedication and enthusiasm to be part of a successful school. All of our pupils learn French from Early Years to Year 6. As a result, the standard of modern foreign languages and particularly French is high in the school and therefore applications from secondary school teachers are encouraged.

The successful candidate will work to develop and create a dynamic and high achieving department. They will also need to interact and support children in a proactive way to foster their enthusiasm for learning. A willingness to contribute fully to the extra-curricular activities and the wider life of the school is vital.  Employer information Founded in 1898, Moorlands School is dedicated to providing a first class education for girls and boys aged 2 to 11 years in a warm, friendly environment. The school is located in Weetwood, North Leeds, off the A6120 Ring Road. Set in beautiful grounds providing all the outdoor space (and off road parking) required for children to play in a safe and secure environment.
