Dulwich College is seeking to recruit good language graduates, including those looking to change career, to train as secondary school linguists. The year-long training takes place both at Dulwich College and in Southwark state schools. The College’s MFL department is highly experienced with some 30 linguists working closely to enthuse pupils, achieve excellent academic results and in many cases prepare them for a languages degree.
Successful applicants are eligible for the £25,000 or £27,500 grants through the Department for Education.
Dulwich is the London Hub for the National Modern Languages School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT).
