Music Teacher – two year renewable contract
We are looking for qualified teacher of Music at Key Stages 2, 3 and 4 to start in August 2018. The school follows the National Curriculum for England and CIE IGCSE at KS4. An ability to teach woodwind and brass to students at Key Stage 3 and 4 would be desirable. Candidates must have a full teaching qualification and at least 2 years teaching experience. Please state instruments played and years of training in the application.
Green Oasis is an English speaking school close to the border with Hong Kong. We have students from Year 1 through to Year 11. Students at the school follow the National Curriculum for England and go on to take their IGCSE examinations in the Secondary school. Music is one of the specialist areas in the school where students join the GOS Music Academy. Rehearsals and performances are often after school and on weekends. A willingness to participate is expected.
