We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational Head of Alliance to join Elliott Hudson College in September 2019; the successful candidate will be critical in our mission to ensure that the College continues to deliver truly outstanding education. Working in partnership with the Vice Principal and Senior Assistant Principals, the Heads of Alliance oversees significant aspects of our pastoral work. The successful candidate will be able to inspire and motivate young people and demonstrate passion, integrity and a strong record of effective practice. Our standards and expectations are high and we expect our Heads of Alliance to lead our continuing drive for excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is keen to be at the centre of our organisational change. The last few years have been exceptional for The GORSE Academies Trust and we are incredibly proud that Elliott Hudson College has been judged as ‘outstanding’ in all areas, by Ofsted in March 2018.
Elliott Hudson College is a 16-19, co-educational academy which opened in 2015 with an initial cohort of 420 Year 12 students and which will grow to a maximum cohort of 1050 Year 12 and 13 ‘A’ Level students in September 2019. The academy is housed in state-of-the-art accommodation at The White Rose Office Park, Leeds, LS11 0LT.
