Job overview

The Bank Nurse will provide support for the School Nurses in the Health Centre and will be expected to promote and provide a clinically effective, high-quality service of nursing care to pupils and first aid care to all members of the school community. 

The post holder will be requested to work when the need arises. It is a flexible arrangement to suit both the individual and the School, and the School has no obligation to provide work on a regular basis. This position will involve the successful candidate to be the sole practitioner at times.
