Nursery Nurse level 3

Keston Primary School is a two form entry school situated in Old Coulsdon in Croydon, with 420 pupils on roll. We also have places for 52 children in our nursery each morning with additional sessional care available for these children in the afternoon.

Keston Primary School are looking to expand our sessional care provision in September 2018.  We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification to join our expanding and hard working team.

Your key role will be to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.  Planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals, groups or whole class, monitoring and assessing pupils and recording and reporting their progress.  Additionally, taking individual responsibility for keyworker role development.

The role is a part time role, term time only to work Monday - Friday 11.45 - 15.15.

The role will be fixed term for one year; with a possibility to extend following review.
